Learn how our hiring process works
We are excited for talented, driven individuals to join our team of professionals at Perfect Power Wash. Here’s what to expect, from the moment you click “Apply” to your first day on the job.
Application & Initial Call
Once you have filled out your application on our website, a PPW liaison will give you a call to discuss the open position and your qualifications. During this call, an in-person interview will be scheduled with one of the hiring managers.
Setting a Meeting Time
Upon scheduling your in-person interview, you will receive a text message notification that requires a confirmation response to finalize the meeting time.
The Interview
On the day of your interview, be sure to dress for success and show up at least five minutes early. Then, a manager will introduce themself and begin the interview process. This is your best opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the position and the organization.
The Offer
After your interview concludes, our hiring team will be in contact to formally offer you the position and provide additional details on your roles and responsibilities and your start date.
First Day Of Training
On your first day of training, be sure to bring two forms of identification as well as your banking information to set up Direct Deposit. If you’re joining our team as a technician, be sure to wear closed-toe shoes as you will be operating pressure washing equipment.
