Sales Representative
As a new member of our sales team, you will begin with training that covers all the basics for handling customer calls. Once you have completed training, you will be integrated into the sales floor and begin taking calls. If you consistently hit metrics and demonstrate leadership and knowledge of our processes you will put yourself on the fast track to a Team Lead position.

Field Technician
As a technician, you will start with several weeks of in-depth training to ensure that you have a firm grasp on the Perfect Process. When you are ready to enter the field, you will begin an apprenticeship with one of our veteran technicians. Once you are comfortable completing all work independently, you will make the transition to Senior Technician. If you consistently hit metrics and demonstrate strong leadership and knowledge of our processes, you will be eligible for a Team Lead position.
